About this project

A cross-platform application designed for content creators to manage agencies, collaborators, and fan engagement across platforms like MYM.

Dysc is an innovative cross-platform desktop application built with Next.js, Electron, and TypeScript, engineered specifically for high-volume content creators and talent agencies. The primary objective was to provide a centralized command center where agencies could manage multiple accounts across platforms like MYM, facilitating seamless collaboration between creators and their chatters (collaborators).

This project presented significant technical hurdles, particularly in the realm of security and session management. I developed a sophisticated system for bypassing complex bot-detection measures and implemented multi-tenant cookie storage, allowing chatters to impersonate creators and interact with fans securely. The backend, powered by Supabase, managed real-time data synchronization and complex role-based access controls to ensure data privacy and operational efficiency.

By streamlining the account management workflow, Dysc allowed agencies to scale their operations without increasing administrative overhead. The application handles complex token refresh cycles and secure authenticated sessions for multiple users simultaneously. The result is a secure, high-performance tool that empowers content creation teams to focus on engagement while the software handles the underlying technical complexities of account management.
